A one-page short-term “mobility” lease.
One month. Beyond one month, you can rent the number of overnights you wish, you can request one or more extensions if the term changes. We are totally flexible.
The contract includes weekly housekeeping, the supply of sheets and towels, insurance for the apartment, electricity, WiFi, phone and cable TV. You also have professional in-house maintenance, personalized support during your stay and a 24/7 hotline.
Monday through Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm. Each move-in is handled by an MFIP receptionist. Outside these times, we provide a driver trained by MFIP who picks you up when you arrive at the airport and who drives you to the apartment and assists you with your move-in.During national holidays the agency is closed, therefore the private driver service is mandatory.
This private chauffeur service costs: €110 (+ VAT 20%), that is €132 VAT included. (in case of additional stopover on the way, the driver may fix an extra rate).
If a second vehicle is needed it will cost 180€ (+ VAT 20%), instead of 220€ that is 216€ instead of 264€ VAT included.
For “Gare du Nord pick up or other Parisian station” the rate will be 80€ (+ VAT 20%), that is €96 VAT included.

The MFIP offer is all inclusive, so there are no steps for you to take prior to move-in, and no additional expenses to anticipate*. MFIP does not bill any fees for drafting the rental contract and does not require any security deposit.

Historically MFIP developed in the Champs-Elysées neighborhood (8th, 17th West and 16th North arrondissements), and then in the Marais neighborhood (1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th arrondissements) then on the Left Bank (6th, 7th, 14th and 15th arrondissements).
MFIP offers 4 types of apartments: Junior(Studio),Corporate (F2), Senior(F2), Family(F3)
The apartments are located in old, historical buildings that do not have any underground parking. To make up for that, we will assist you in finding a parking space close to your apartment to rent. Note that we offer folding bicycles for use free of charge.
Yes, pets under 30 kg are allowed, limited to 2 pets per apartment. A supplement of €80 without vat/€96 vat included per month will be requested at the end of your stay to cover (at least partially) the additional time needed during the weekly cleaning due to the presence of pets...
