I created My Flat In Paris in the early 2000s based on the following observation: foreign workers on assignment in Paris could not access the rental market and were defaulting to stay in hotels for several months.

Coming from the world of industry and real estate, I set up a business model with a complete team at the service of companies.

On this strictly B to B basis, with a full-time team with high-level skills (as opposed to the systematic outsourcing that characterizes this profession...), we standardized, simplified, and integrated all trades, from cleaning to tax declaration.

Our goal today is to develop our portfolio of apartments to better meet the growing volume of requests from client companies.

Meeting the requirements of large international groups is a strong motivation for our team, and personally, managing this team of 25 dedicated, loyal, and expert people is a daily pleasure.

A lasting and very enriching commitment in the midst of a team that showed trust in my high organizational skills, my sense of efficiency for rigorous and responsible work.

For 7 years, I have been bringing my B to B experience to MFIP, prospecting and retaining corporate accounts and developing partnerships with relocation agencies.

That's why I chose this path after spending a few years first teaching English to adults, and then in retail.

After 6 years of teaching English (September 2010 to July 2016) in 2 colleges, 2 private schools, and 4 years at the University of Béjaïa in Algeria, I began my professional transition into the hospitality industry in Paris.

Eventually, I ended up joining MY FLAT IN PARIS on October 8, 2019, after receiving a phone call from Monica Rus offering me the position of receptionist responsible for the check-ins and check-outs of the premises.

Over time, my position evolved into “receptionist responsible for check-ins and assistant for operations service”.

I joined the team because it opened the doors to a new professional environment, and from the very beginning, I noticed the dynamism and enthusiasm of the entire team to do everything possible to provide and maintain quality service to all our clients and tenants, out of love for the profession.

As a Reservation Manager Assistant, I primarily work with Marie-Pierre (Sales Director) who is responsible for the operational tasks related to sales and reservations.

We ensure that the sales processes are correct and that the service provided is of high quality. We also ensure that all sales and reservations are made in compliance with the policies and procedures established by My Flat in Paris.

We also implement revenue management strategies by paying particular attention to detail.

I enjoy working at My Flat In Paris because I find my position is constantly evolving.

Like my previous experiences, all the jobs I have held were related to my field of study, namely hotel and restaurant management, and I believe I can apply all the skills acquired so far.

After this beautiful adventure ended during which I gained solid field experience, I obtained a BTS in Reception Management at the French School of Hostess and Tourism in Paris 14e (EFHT).

I joined MY FLAT IN PARIS as the reception and maintenance manager of the portfolio, I quickly found my bearings and specialized in outings in the presence or absence of tenants where I take my time to put everything in place for our future tenants; every detail is taken into account for their comfort.

Since then, I have been the interface between MFIP and the investor base that I created, primarily consisting of expatriate French people.

We ensure the search and negotiation for the purchase of apartments at the best price in target neighborhoods, and then we take care of the renovation and complete furnishing, in order to consistently supply the portfolio of apartments offered to large international accounts.
